Into the Laboratory of the Magus

When you swing open the double door you step into a spacious Chamber.
Everywhere lay piles of books, which come tumbled out of overfull book-cases.
Central in the room is a large desk set up, on which several volumes lay open.
In a corner stands proud on a small table a skull with some candle-lights.
In another corner a big globe and a so called Astrolabium are awaiting their consultation.
Against the ceiling hangs an alligator in the air.

For a Meditation are some Cards of the Tarot Desk put on a standard!

The Library

After you have been watching the eye-catching, colorfull Tarotcards for a while, your attention focuses upon the backs of the books in the library.
There stands whole series of commentaries of the Tarot on the shelf.
Also a lot of books on astrology , written by authorities in their domain such as Else Parker, Aq. Libra, Mellie Uyldert, Linda Goodman, Robert Hand.

Behind the glass doors of a book-case a place of honor is provided for the writings of the members of the Order of the Golden Dawn .
In the beginning of the century figures as A.E. Waite, Aleister Crowley, Dion Fortune and Israel Regardie performed a lot of research, study and ritual to gather old hidden knowledge and write books about it. It becomes clear to you that your host has to be an Adept with such Mentors. That he studied the Hebrew Mystic, known to man as Kabbalah, extensly and in depth. That Holy Qabbala which brings a philosophical and theoretical ground for the practice of Astrology and Tarot-reading, but also contains the Keys to Ritual Magic.

When you grab an old leather-binded book on the Qabbala from the desk, a Perkament slips out from between the pages, which summarize the Qabbalistic Doctrine; The Tree of Life in the Four Realms.
