An original and eye-catching frame always puts value to the work presented, whatever the nature… a photograph, a painting or any other depiction you can imagine.

After reviewing the models of frames, I chose to show you the following. Some simple frames - 4 original models The variations of wood and matting colours used are innumerable. Many frames are already pre-made but it is generally more pleasant to visualize, conceive, decorate, experiment and create those of your own.

I have learnt from my personal experience that it is easier to choose a moulding for the frame from a selected range of 30 or so that would nicely fit most of the subjects.

In fact, too wide a range of choice can induce indecision and just become a waste of time.
