We purchased a 100 watt transmitter but as we are intended to transmitter from
well hidden place in Belgium , it will only deliver for about 40 watt on this mobile base .
The tx wil be fed by a car battery.
NEW:Our new (valve) TX will deliver 125 watt (with modulation) on the 76 and 46 meter band
This new TX will by also feb by a car battery , but we are using now a invertor to transform the 12V dc into 230V ac.
Also NEW:We both a new transistor TX (Commander 2005) from a frienly guy from Holland.
This transistor TX will delever about 20 Watt on the 46 meter band.
We just test it on a dummyload, not on the air, maby later
BRAND NEW: Mid February our technician , has tested a new low power pll driven transmitter (with transistors).
(made by the same frienly guy from Holland as our other transistor model)
Therefore he used a new type of (almost) invisible antenna .
With only 12Watts of output power, the results were rather good and we were especially charmed by the modulation of this low-power tx.
This TX will delever about 12 Watt on the 48 meter band, later also on the 78 meter band.
As antenna we will also use, a half wave dipole made specially for 76 mb in witch we will transmit one or two times a mount on friday or saterday night (if posible)
Further tests will follow…
