Both residences offer ground-floor apartments in an attractive location. These apartments

measure 40 m2 and have a living room, a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom.

Ground floor - basic standard

The inventory includes household goods for 6 persons, a colour TV (cable)

a first class stereo and several extras like an ironing board and iron, duvets,

a clock, a crumb-sweeper, toaster, mini grill, microwave with adapted cooking

Acacia / Orchidee - basic std

facility, an electric coffee maker, electric fruit squeezer, electric kettle, etc.

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed of 140 cm. The bed in

sleeping room is 160 cm and can be transformed into single beds. The interior

is functional. We will not charge you extra if you would like to add a child's bed.

In addition to these extra's, the upgraded standard has the enlarged kitchen, the parquet floor and

renewed bathroom. The upgraded version is only available in ground floor and there is a price difference.

Type Dahlia:

Many consider the Dahlia residence to be the most charming of all. The 70 m2 apartments

have a kitchen equipped for 8 persons, a living room sized about 25 m2 with an L-shaped

salon and a built-in bed (140 cm). There is a bedroom with two bunk beds to accommodate 4

persons, a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Also, two small bathrooms including

a shower, toilet and washbasin. The inventory provides household goods for 10 persons. Plenty

of extra's like a large TV, stereo, a video including 5 films, an electric BBQ… The apartment has

two parking spaces. There are also adjoining apartments available for groups.

The corner apartments have large gardens facing south. These apartments are very suitable for

Dahlia : large bedroom

accommodating two families, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms but offering the opportunity

economical point of view.
