Argeles-Sur-Mer
Argeles was about as nice as a seaside town
in the tourist-packed med can be. It had a very nice, mostly clean beach,
backed by a palm-lined promenade.
In the early evening it underwent a transformation
from familly beach to teenybopper parade ground.

the end of the promenade was the port of Argeles where you could pick a
very reasonable freshly thawed seafood pizza.
