Even if the restaurant is a remain of an architectural revolution of the 50thies, this self-supporting structure which combines glass and steel beams that many of contemporary architects admire and compare to the work of Mies Van der Rohe (Bauhaus 1919-1933), offers an open view on a vast garden and the river Sūre. 

A sensation of calm, openness and light is accompanying a refined, rich kitchen based on the quality of its fresh ingredients. A trusty place to enjoy a meal, in a timeless environment.
