It provides "the keys" for the human being
to participate in the liberating work of the Hierarchy of Good

Everything is ordered by formidable pulses of energy,
creator commands similar to the movement of thought
and to the beating of the heart
amplified

WITH THE INTEGRAL SYSTEM OF THE COSMOS
which is itself composed
of multiple vibratory and crystalline systems

The feet, the pelvis, the abdomen, the lungs,
the chest, the hands, the neck, the head

The thoughts become peaceful
opposites and extremes harmonise
peace is established

As OBSERVERS

let us notice

the pale light of the personality and
the radiant light of the soul

let us observe

the shining and powerful light
of the solar plexus

the wavering and flickering light
of the heart centre

Let us centre
our consciousness in the radiant soul
and hold it firmly on this point

Let us be aware that
as much as possible

"we keep ourselves in our spiritual being"

Let us be aware that we are one
with the soul

and that there be a channel
wide open between the soul and the mind

Let us allow the "forces of light"
to accomplish their will in our life

even if we find ourselves confronted
with aspects of ourselves which are
unrecognised

of which we were not yet
conscious

aspects both good
and less good

Let us detach ourselves from them
by accepting them

Through the power of our imagination

LET US BRING DOWN the energy of the soul
- through our wide open channel -
in the centre between the eyebrows

LET US ACCUMULATE the subtle energy
in this reservoir of strength

and let us RADIATE IT
downwards

THUS
INCREASING
the light of the personality

extinguishes the feeble light
of the personality
just as the sun extinguishes the flame
of a small fire

The radiance of the soul
takes its place and replaces
the light of the personality

The sun
has replaced

as observers and
by the power of the creative imagination

LET US DELIBERATELY PROJECT
THE LIGHT AND THE ENERGY OF THE SOUL
INTO THE CENTRE OF THE HEART

LET US SENSE
the vibratory activity
which it arouses

This activity is so powerful
that IT ACTS
LIKE A MAGNET
on the solar plexus

The energy of the solar plexus
situated two fingers widths
below the navel

is raised
drawn TOWARDS THE HEART

AND THERE

it is transmuted
INTO LOVE OF THE SOUL

The process is reversed

The solar plexus
is obscured

The radiant light of the heart takes his place

The light of the soul
remains unchanged

The light of the personality
is rendered far more brilliant

We are under a golden rain

The golden energies pour down
on us
and penetrate our relaxed bodies

We are IN the golden light

The golden energies pour
into us
and are installed in our peaceful bodies

All around our cells
a golden radiance

The vibrant light
continues
to pour down...

Gently
the golden rays
penetrate
our physical body

Our cells awaken
slowly, surely

The divine spreads in us

In the silence, in the calm, in our depths,
in our most inner being...

The Heart of our hearts

our Holy of holies

SINGS

It travels through our brain
and out through the top of our head
by our seventh chakra

Let us feel the vibration which spreads
along the length of our golden column
into the deepest part of our being

A great golden antenna,
the antenna of the group
appears
in all its beauty
in all its power

At the same time
as we consciously strengthen
the vibrational power of our group

By our creative visualisation,
let us firmly maintain
the superb golden antenna
of the Solar Companions

Let us feel the difference in vibration
which is intensifying in us
in our dense body
