5th international Championship Duisburg 2004
The 5th international Championship 2004 will take
place from the 3rd oct.2004 in the Landschaftspark
Duisburg-Nord/Gremany. This event will be the
meeting point for all discus enthusiats all over
the world. Read on..
The Discus Championship is the world most famous
and most important show to certify discus fishes
from the whole world. Discus from more than 25
nations will be expected in Duisburg.
For the 5th Champion the number of exhibition
tanks is limited to 336 tanks. But the number of
tropies is still 39 so you have a greater chance
than ever before. Please do not hesitate to
register your discus. If you want to participate
with your fish, just fill out the form and send it
back to us by mail or fax.
The partipation fee is 50 Euro per fish.The
payment becomes due immediately because only paid
registrations can be considered. This is important
because the exhibitions tanks are limited. Only
paid fishes can join the Championship. Remember
that each Championship aquarium will be equipped
with the name of the owner of the fish.
Each discus will get his own 112 liter tank (about
30 gallons) with dimensions of 80 x 35 x 40 cm.
The water parameters are temperature about 30C, pH
about 6.7 and the conductivity about 130 microS.
The fishes can be put in on 27th and 28th
September 2004 from 09.00 - 6.00 pm. You can
handle your discus by yourself or you can send us
your discus and we will care for them. The judging
will be on 29th September. All discus will be
judged by each judge. Please notice that discus
for the categories A to D have to be wild caught
discus.
