To provide a meeting place where amateurs and professionals can get in touch with each other.

Such are the aims pursued by FILM ET CULTURE (non-profit making organization), RTBF -Liège, with the help of the Province de Liège and its Service des Affaires Culturelles, in organizing FESTIVAL VIDEO LIEGE 2002 INTERNATIONAL; to be held in Liège at the Centre Culturel Les Chiroux from 23 to 25 March 1998. An International Jury will award several prizes to the best entries.

This year TUNISIA is the 2002*** VIP Guest of the FESTIVAL VIDEO LIEGE. This will give us the opportunity to discover with the audiovisual and artistic productions of this country.
