The Duc d'Huttegem Welsh Cob stud was founded by the late Jozef Ducatelle in 1967. It is now run by his son Richard, who continues the breeding of top quality horses. He does not only regularly participate in shows, but also rides the horses and drives them in the coach. Richard is member of the Welsh Pony and Cob Society. Most of them are own breeding, the rest are imported from renowned studs during one of Richard's many visits to Wales.
