Streamline yourself

Easy and elegant diving requires horizontal positioning, cool mind, proper flutter kicks of your legs and no dangling equipment. Only under these conditions moving forward is not exhausting and you can enjoy weightlessness. Beginners often use their hands to stabilise but hands do not really help to perfectly streamline your body. Keep cool, adjust your buoyancy and enjoy the nature of water!
