Ceci est la première montgolfière
construite en Belgique (par François Schaut).
L'immatriculation vient de Schaut Willy François, le nom
du premier propriétaire/pilote (et constructeur). Ce ballon
est remplacé en 1994 par un nouveau (construit chez Ballons
Libert), avec la même immatriculation
