CONDITIONS AND RESERVATIONS

In this document, you need to understand that "the owner" is the effective owner or his representative.

 

General  

 

The house is rented to accommodate maximum 8 people, two of them being children.  The house is equipped with two double beds, 2 single beds and 2 single convertible sofa/beds for children. The house is rented furnished with television (French programs, 5 channels). Bed linen and household linen (cloths, covers, pillowcases, kitchen cloths , hand towels) are provided to the customers except for the swimming pool towels. Gas (Butagaz LPG bottle), water, electricity and swimming pool products and rental taxes are included. Animals are not allowed. The swimming pool is not a heated swimming pool, which the tenant will take into account.

The maintenance of outdoors (garden, swimming pool) is included.

Hiring rates 2009 season

For the low season period, i.e.: January 1^sd  to May 3^rd   : no hiring

Dear Guests,

Because we realize how important the Internet has become in most homes, we decided to provide access to it during your holidays at La Magnanerie as of 2009. By simply bringing your laptop, you will be able to communicate with your friends and relatives, use SKYPE to call the whole world for a minimal cost, check your accounts, pay your bills, shop or play on line, choose activities, the best route or a good buy etc…
In 2009, in addition to having acces to the ADSL internet connection on our fixed phone line you will be able to receive calls from any place in the world and freely give calls which are not taxed or give any taxed call with the use of a pre-paid card available at newsagents' and tobacco stores.

In multiple situations, you will benefit from this service, which will be accessible to our guests all along the season, therefore we may not make it optional.
Yet we believe that for the vast majority of you it will be appreciated.
 

The final cleaning costs must also be adapted and will go up from 55 to 65 euros in 2009.
 

The rates indicated here do not include mandatory cost for the cleaning at the end of stay, which amounts to 65 euros per stay and which will have to be paid for at the time of the arrival of the tenant, at the same time as the balance of the amount of the rent.

Duration of the hiring   the house is rented for a minimum of one week,  the change-over day being a Saturday..
