All sales are final. Tubes are guaranteed to be in 100% working order when shipped.

Tube Fest is not responsible for lost or broken items due to shipping.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order without any specification of reason.

Tube Fest will not be held responsible for any damage to equipment due to the use of tubes or parts purchased from us.

Defective tubes can be returned within 14 days of date of invoice and are subject to qualify for replacement or refund if found to be defective. We will not warrant any tubes or parts that have found to be mishandled, abused, used in circuits beyond their maximum rating, in circuits not specifically designed for this particular tube or used in incorrect tube positions.

Tubes that pass testing before shipping and do not pass when returned do not qualify for refund or replacement as this suggests that the tube was destroyed by misapplication or abuse.
