The Residence

The residence, true to the style of Boulonnais manors, offers ideal volumes for those who like having space, but not so much as to become lost in it. Built in brick, it easily stands out from the secondary structures, which are made of fieldstone.

On the bottom floor:

- Living room measuring 45 square meters, with 4.5 meter-wide open hearth fireplace
- Dining room measuring 45 square meters, with fireplace equipped with insert for wood or coal
- Equipped kitchen and scullery
- Laundry room
- Two offices (20 m² and 15 m²)

On the first floor:

- 3 very large bedrooms (40 m², 30 m², 25 m²)
- 1 bathroom
- A second bathroom to be finished

On the second floor:

- Large attic that can be finished to make 5 bedrooms with individual bathrooms (plans have already been drafted)

All of the fittings and equipment are new or were installed during the renovation of the farm between 1992 and 2000. The roofing is just 10 years old and is insulated with 10 centimeters of polyurethane attached to wood panels.
